Currently we are one of the few waste providers that do not charge hidden fees or extra charges to our invoices. With our last rate increase being in January 2012. Current rates are effective as of April 1st, 2022.*

Service Information
Company Policy
All carts must be placed curbside the night before service day by 9pm.
Carts must be within 3ft from the road, 3ft away from any obstacles (i.e
mailboxes, utility poles, cars), and 2ft from additional Dale's carts.
We only dump our 96 gallon Dale's Garbage Service carts.
All garbage must be placed inside of a Dale's cart in order for it to be
picked up NO EXCEPTIONS (Fully automated trucks are used, it is a
liability for our drivers to get out of trucks).
Weight limit of 100lbs in carts.
Household garbage only. No hazardous waste, concrete, dirt, heavy items, or any materials that extend beyond the cart rim.
We recommend garbage be placed in bags and lids securely shut to insure the cleanest and most efficient collection.
Carts are considered rental property, whether the cart is utilized or not charges still will occur.
Pick Up Schedule
Monday - Thursday
Please remember to place your trash cart out curbside the night before your scheduled collection day by 9pm to ensure your garbage pickup.
Holidays
We run on all holidays except for Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years.
When a designated holiday occurs on a weekday, collection occurs one day later than normal for the remainder of the week.
Uncontrollable Events
When uncontrollable events like weather-related issues, natural disasters or other serious situations occur, we work hard to keep you informed of how they may affect your service. Please check your email during these times for information or contact our office.
Property of Dale's
Carts are the property of Dale's Garbage Service, Inc. which are assigned to you by serial numbers located on the back side of the containers. Do not alter or tamper with carts in any way (i.e painting, adhesives, drilling holes, etc,) Tampering with cans may result in fees up to $85.00.
Cancellation Policy
Contact our office (225)647-6061 to confirm your last service day with a representative.
Carts must be collected in order to cancel accounts you will be held liable for the cart. Failure to return the assigned cart will result in $85.00 cart replacement fee.
