Winter Storm Update

Service Related Update as of 10:00am January 20, 2025

Trucks will be operating during the week of the winter storm. However, we are monitoring the DOTD and parish officials as safety is our top priority. Depending on road conditions and landfill access some routes may be delayed. Please place carts out by 9pm for your normal scheduled pick-up and leave them out curbside until it is serviced.

Service Related Update as of 10:00am January 22, 2025

Due to the amount of snowfall ALL Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday routes have been delayed. Services will resume once the landfill reopens and roadways are safe to travel. Please have your carts curbside ready for collection as there will be no set time or day. Our office is currently closed, Wednesday, January 22nd and will reopen as soon as possible. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in this matter.

As of Thursday, January 23rd at 10:00am trucks have resumed operations for ALL routes. Please have your carts curbside ready for collection as there will be no set time OR day. Our office will be open Thursday-Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
