Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

We want to assure you that we take the health and well-being of our employees, customers, and our community very seriously. We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation to make sure we’re doing the right thing, our number one priority is safety. This includes continuing to work closely with public health experts and other advisors, as well as following guidance from the CDC.

Currently, we are maintaining our normal collection schedules. We’ll post updates on our Service Alerts page.

We provide an essential service for our community, and like the police and fire departments, we have permission to continue to operate in circumstances like these to serve the public.

To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we will practice social distancing and quarantine by mandating our drivers to stay inside their trucks under ALL circumstances. Our trucks are fully automated insuring our collection services will remain the same.

We recommend garbage be placed in bags and lids securely shut to insure the cleanest and most efficient collection. Please do not over stack cans, our drivers will not be responsible for fallen garbage due to not being placed properly inside of cans. Also, during this time we will not be picking up extra garbage that is placed outside of cans as a courtesy due to possible contamination. If additional carts are needed please contact us.

As a local small business operating here in Ascension Parish we are all in this together. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will follow guidance from public health officials and government agencies, so we can continue to support our customers and community as needed.

Our office is working hard to answer your calls during this busy time, and we appreciate your patience. To serve you faster, you can visit our page to request services and manage your account.

All of here at Dale's would like to extend our thoughts and prayers to everyone affected by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. "The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace." Numbers 6:24-26
